| Intervention
The primary purpose of intervention is improvement in
patient care. Many of your project’s interventions
will be very specific to the local context and/or to particular
clinical disciplines.
The core team can assist the wider project team in a number
of ways. Since intervention is about change, it is helpful
if core team members understand change management approaches
in planning strategies to assist the project team.
