a. Core and Project Teams
Within your project, there are two types of multidisciplinary teams to consider:
- The �core team� which guides the project and makes key decisions; and
- The �project team� whose practice is the project focus and includes all clinicians providing care to the patient cohort.
Consumers need to be part of both the core team and the project
team.

The project team is likely to be very
large and, as well as permanent staff,
may include a contingent of rapidly-changing
