b. The feedback process
The feedback process can include passive
and/or active strategies.
- Passive strategies involve dissemination
of the summarised data (e.g. via fliers,
leaflets, email) to the members of
your project team.
- Active strategies involve face-to-face
presentation of the summarised data
to the team (e.g. Grand Rounds, departmental
meetings, specially convened forums).
