a. Data abstraction
The data abstraction method can work well
if all specified indicators are routinely
recorded in existing records. Missing data
will be minimal if it is systematically abstracted
by someone after the care event. |

you may need to employ and train dedicated
abstractor(s). This will have cost implications.
