    comments? If so how do you protect against it, any plugin or anything youu can advise?

    1. Hi, thanks for having a look at the site, I enjoyed having a look at yours too. I do get a bit of spam but i just quietly deal with it as it comes in. This is a new project for me so I am still learning the best way to manage it. Anyway, I see you are interested the role of Mindfulness in the Recovery journey. Have you looked into Wise Choices as a group based psychotherapy? Dirk
